School Meals at No Charge for all Students

Winchester Public School will continue to participate in the Community Eligibility Provision
(CEP) as part of the National School Breakfast and Lunch Program for school year 2023 - 2024.
All students enrolled in the school will receive meals at no cost. Household income applications
are no longer required to determine eligibility for free or reduced-price meals at schools
participating in the CEP.
One Breakfast and one lunch will be provided at no charge to all students who attend Winchester
Schools.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
